SCHOOLMASTER LESSONS

Our schoolmasters are the most highly educated and well cared for horses available for lessons in Perth.
Our instructor is an internationally known professional horse trainer with over a decade of experience in training up to GP Level, and has taught all over Australia and Internationally.
Our horses are all required to qualify as schoolmasters with a minimum level of training being Elementary Dressage, and range up to Grand Prix, and are kept in top show condition at all times.
We cater to all levels of rider, from complete beginners upwards, and we focus on progressing riders through the levels in a way that sets them up for their future in Equestrian Sport.
HORSE TRAINING
Starting from $280 per week
We offer a range of options for horse training, from short term problem solving or starting under saddle, to long term training and campaigning. We can cater to most types of horses, and believe strongly in supporting you and your horse after they come home.
Our philosophy is always in keeping kindness and patience in our training, as we are here to support the horse in learning and not just push them through to meet deadlines. We also believe in our owners receiving good value, and we go above and beyond expectations wherever possible, whilst respecting your budget. HORSE LEASES
Starting from $120 per week
Occasionally we do have school horses or performance horses available for part lease.
This is an excellent opportunity for those who are unable/not ready to commit to horse ownership.
Part leasing an educated horse is something we strongly encourage before buying your own first horse. The financial outlay to purchase your own educated horse, and all associated equipment and care to the level we provide has been calculated at $55,000 or more. You can have access to all this, plus included lessons and the knowledge your lease horse is continually improving in their professional training, from as little as $120 per week, with minimal commitment, just turn up and ride.

Competitive Tailored Packages
Selling your horse can be a stressful, time consuming and disheartening endeavour.
Whether you don't have the time, are in a difficult location, or would like to get the best possible price for your horse, we can help you through the entire process. By enlisting our sales on behalf services, we will keep your horse in full work, improve on their training, obtain a pre-purchase exam, give your horse a professional makeover and create breathtaking photos and videos to campaign your horse and make sure they stand out on all sales pages! We will take care of all advertising, discussions with potential buyers, viewings, all the way up to final sale, and organising transport. CLINICS
Starting from $50 per person
Join us for one and two day clinics, where I’ll teach you the ins and outs of horsemanship, from foundation training, to flatwork, all the way up to FEI Dressage. I offer clinics year-round and all over Australia for students of any age and experience level. It’s a great opportunity for horses and riders to boost their confidence and performance, with measurable improvements during each day. See for yourself why clinics are always sold out.
PRIVATE LESSONS
Starting from $90 per hour
Private Lessons are a great choice to improve your horsemanship skills and competition performance. Through a strategic mix of theory and practical, students and horses will progress through the levels quickly. If you’re looking to improve your understanding of your individual horse, Private Lessons are for you.
We also offer lessons on our personal competition horses, who are all highly educated from Medium level up to FEI level.
SHANA WALTERS
My Experience, My Passion
As a Professional Horse Trainer and Riding Instructor for over 10 years, and as a Competitor at FEI Level Dressage, I have become well-known and respected throughout Western Australia and beyond.
After training internationally with some of the greatest Horsemen and Trainers in the world, I developed a passion for human and equine psychology and ethology, leading to effective, low stress, teaching and training methods. I focus on establishing a relationship between horse and rider that is based on trust, communication and understanding.
I keep to the classical values of softness and encourage riders to prioritise their horse's enjoyment. I also help both horse and rider with balance, posture and physical conditioning, preparing the body and mind for competition against the best.
My goal is always to keep things as simple, fun and progressive as possible, and you will find that lessons and clinics with me are like no other.
