Groundwork Lesson - 30 minutes

Service Description

This lesson will be taught by a Student Instructor, who may or may not be under the guidance on their mentor. Our lovely student instructors are still developing their skills as a teacher, and learning how to best serve their students, but rest assured they are highly knowledgable and have been strictly taught and assessed to be ready to teach this lesson. A groundwork lesson is perfect for beginners to learn all aspects of handling, horse body language and how to create a bond and relationship wth horses. It's also excellent for experienced riders to develop a higher level of understanding, feel and communication. It can help develop your ability to train and educate horses, build your confidence, and is excellent for rider fitness. The sky is the limit with groundwork, and no matter your previous knowledge, we will make sure you find the tasks challenging and highly rewarding! **For an additional $20 (cash on the day), your lesson can be filmed and processed, and sent to your email address within 14 days. Please put a note on your booking if you would like this service.**

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to appear for a lesson, or do not cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours in advance by text message, or email, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full fee that would normally be charged for that lesson. Any cancellation made before this 24 hour period can be rescheduled up to 2 times, at mutually agreeable dates and times. I have a no refund policy, cancellations made before the notice period can be credited, rescheduled or transferred. I would also like to reserve the right to cancel a lesson for any reason, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, emergencies or minimum numbers not being reached. In this case the lesson can be rescheduled, transferred, credited to your account or fully refunded. I appreciate the time you have taken to read this document and hopefully you can understand and appreciate the reasons this policy has been implemented. By confirming and attending your bookings it is assumed that you understand the terms and conditions of the agreement and agree to pay in accordance with this cancellation policy if you terminate the appointment within the agreed time period.
