Service Description

This option offers an exciting approach to your training progress. While I educate your horse on my property 5 days a week minimum, and care for them on full board, you will receive weekly progress reports with detailed logs, and occasional videos of your horse's activities, and a step by step plan for when they arrive home to continue their progress. Whether you'd like to give your horse a head start, or you're currently unable to ride, booking your horse in for training is an excellent way to get ahead. Minimum of 2 weeks training is recommended for quality results, extended training durations can be negotiated on price. Youngsters, groundwork, float training: $350 per week Starting under saddle: $2,200 inc GST total (I will take as long as necessary to ensure they come back well under saddle, can be 4-8+ weeks, and includes a 6 month lesson and clinic package for handover) Ridden training: $550 per week *NOTE: The 1 hour booking time attached to this service, is to book your free 1 hour phone consult to discuss your horse.

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to appear for a lesson, or do not cancel or reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours in advance by text message, or email, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full fee that would normally be charged for that lesson. Any cancellation made before this 24 hour period can be rescheduled up to 2 times, at mutually agreeable dates and times. I have a no refund policy, cancellations made before the notice period can be credited, rescheduled or transferred. I would also like to reserve the right to cancel a lesson for any reason, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, emergencies or minimum numbers not being reached. In this case the lesson can be rescheduled, transferred, credited to your account or fully refunded. I appreciate the time you have taken to read this document and hopefully you can understand and appreciate the reasons this policy has been implemented. By confirming and attending your bookings it is assumed that you understand the terms and conditions of the agreement and agree to pay in accordance with this cancellation policy if you terminate the appointment within the agreed time period.
